The National Day of Unplugging is a 24 hour period— running from sundown to sundown—always in early March. The project is guided by Reboot’s Sabbath Manifesto, an ongoing project that is an adaption of our ancestors’ ritual of carving out one day per week to unplug, unwind, relax, reflect, get outdoors, and connect with loved ones.
We have created these 13 conversation cards to help you do just that. Ponder how you unplug. What you do to relax. How you connect with others. What you do to slow down your life. Take one. Take them all. Ponder them alone. Or with with friends over drinks. With family over dinner. With
your community.
