The Ritual Collective, spear-headed by award-winning songwriter Benj Pasek, is a collection of artists reinventing Jewish holiday experiences through a theatrical and culinary lens. They have created both Sukkot (Dwell) and Passover (Unleavened) celebrations. Every ritual is performative and experiential. Participants have included the cast of the Band's Visit, musician Shaina Taub, writer  Daniel J. Watts (Hamilton) and Rachel Bay Jones (Dear Evan Hanson.) They are devising plans for Passover 2019 with an accompanying podcast to share their methodology, songs and stories more broadly.
